“We used it today in class, my Y9 are enthusiatic about reading now. Your resources are a life saver – I’m going to get 100% participation and they are doing it at their own pace.”

Ilafehi Salesa-Nanai (Aranui High School)

“I have seen many resources to do with my subject, but this one looks absolutely fantastic in what you have done by presenting the necessary skills a young person should have, and interweaving them into the rugby topic. I work primarily with ESOL students, many of whom are rugby mad, and next year I am taking on an “international English class” of not only ESOL students, but also Maori and Pasifika students who are not experiencing success in their mainstream English classes. This resource will be so beneficial to them, I can’t wait to use it, and will use some sections before that. Thank you so much for your generosity in sharing this resource. Very cleverly done, the students will not even realise they are learning the skills that are so important and necessary to them with all the scaffolding and interesting tasks they have to do!”

    Malo Ni!
Hakahetai lava David. I am a Primary trained teaching at a High School with low-band readers. The school has invested in all of your books and I am about to use your short-story series and the Reading with the All Blacks with my Y9 class for Term 4. I have a RTLB who adapted it as well to cater for some of my ESOL and learning behaviour low interest readers.
